Application for Secondary One Admission (Sep 2022 Intake)

HKFYG Lee Shau Kee College does not have school net restriction for applications and the College does not participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System (a non-participating DSS school).

The College accepts online application only. Before application, please prepare digital files (in jpg/png/gif/pdf format) of the following documents, including:

1. Applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card
2. Applicant’s recent passport photo
3. Applicant’s all Primary 4 report cards (Scan into one pdf file)
4. Applicant’s all Primary 5 report cards (Scan into one pdf file)

Optional

5. Applicant’s records of extra-curricular activities, voluntary service and awards obtained in the past three years (Scan into one pdf file)
6. Letter of Recommendation by School Principal
