Application for Secondary One Admission (Sep 2026 Intake)

(Accepting application from current Primary 6 students)

HKFYG Lee Shau Kee College does not have school net restriction for applications and the College does not participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System (a non-participating DSS school).

The College accepts online applications only. Before your application, please prepare digital files (in jpg/png/gif/pdf format) of the following documents, including:

1. Applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card / Passport and proof of permission to remain for non-Hong Kong residents
2. Applicant’s recent passport photo
3. Applicant’s all Primary 4 report cards  ( Submit ALL pages, front and back, in one pdf file )
4. Applicant’s all Primary 5 report cards  ( Submit ALL pages, front and back, in one pdf file )

Optional

5. Applicant’s records of In-school or Outside-school extra-curricular activities, voluntary service and awards obtained in the past three years (Scan into one pdf file)
6. Letter of Recommendation by School Principal

** Parents should double check the correctness of all input information before submission of the online application form so as not to hinder the progress of the application.

After submitting the application, parents can provide additional documents (*only accept documents issued after your application submission, if any) on or before 4 January 2026 using the Online Supplementary Document System. (Application number and email used for the application will be needed).
