The College accepts online applications only. Before your application, please prepare digital files (in jpg/png/gif/pdf format) of the following documents, including:

1. Applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card / Passport  and  proof of permission of stay issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department (if you do not hold a Hong Kong Identity Card)
2. Applicant’s recent passport photo
3. Copies of all school report cards in 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 (if any) (Submit ALL pages, front and back, in one pdf file)
4. Applicant’s recognised English Language assessment result (refer to the “English Language Requirement” stated on the school website)

Optional

1. Applicant’s records of extra-curricular activities, voluntary service and awards obtained in the past three years (Scan into one pdf file)
2. Letter of Recommendation by School Principal

** Parents should check the correctness of all input information before submission of the online application form so as to facilitate the application process.

After submitting the application, parents can provide additional documents (*only accept documents issued after your application submission, if any) on or before 2 July 2026 using the Online Supplementary Document System. (Application number and email used for the application will be needed).
